Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support CBT interventions across our treatment programs. You will assess behavior function, design individualized plans, train staff and families, and monitor outcomes with the clinical leader.

The role emphasizes documentation, supervision, and collaboration within the treatment team to ensure safe, effective care for patients in residential and IOP settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (human services, psychology, social work, or related field).
• Must hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent).
• Relevant CBT experience (12 months) preferred.
• For Residential programs, must hold a current and active driver’s license (preferred).
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire; NCI training within 60 days of hire; RCC/CBRF training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services including groups.
• Participate in supervision sessions with the Clinical leader and adjust care plan as needed.
• Monitor effectiveness of interventions and adjust accordingly; administer outcome measures.
• Document mental health services and other patient data in medical records.
• Provide parent or support person training and education on CBT interventions.
