Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a Project Manager to lead the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP) contract in the United States. You will manage a specialized team delivering CBRN detection support to federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial partners, reporting to the CWMD program office.

Responsibilities include contract management, staff leadership, travel coordination for CONUS/OCONUS deployments, and 24/7 operations readiness. DHS suitability and 20+ years of CBRN experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires DHS Suitability and Secret-level clearance.
• Proven experience in planning and executing CBRN detection operations.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract work and ensure alignment with DHS objectives.
• Lead a team of Technical Support Specialists in CBRN equipment proficiency.
• Coordinate detection operations for national security events and threat responses.
