Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP) with responsibility for overall execution, leadership of a specialized team, and coordination with DHS, CO, COR, and CWMD program office. The role covers travel, 24/7 operations, and surge deployments across CONUS and OCONUS sites.

Based in Mobile, AL, the PM will manage personnel, performance, travel, and ODCs while ensuring safety, compliance, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• CBRN subject matter expert with extensive operational experience.
• NIMS/ICS certifications (IC 100/200/700) required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in personnel management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract work to align with DHS objectives.
• Lead and evaluate Technical Support Specialists (TSS).
• Coordinate CBRN detection ops and national security event support.
• Deliver weekly/monthly/annual program reports; maintain testing programs.
• Manage travel approvals, budgets, and ODCs; ensure compliance.
• Provide CBRN ops support including planning, logistics, and equipment checks.
