LAUKOA seeks a non-supervisory CBRN Operations Specialist to support federal mission partners. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage equipment, plan logistics, prepare reports, and ensure readiness for surge deployments and NSSE missions.

Travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites is required; duties include 24/7 shift work, extended hours, weekends, holidays, with potential recall during contingencies. Must have active Secret clearance and English fluency.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership and public speaking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and work in high-tempo environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate CBRN detection operations with stakeholders.
• Manage equipment, logistics, and deployment plans.
• Develop and deliver training on protocols and equipment to stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit situational and after-action reports.
