LAUKOA seeks a non-supervisory CBRN Detection Operations Specialist to support federal mission partners, coordinating with stakeholders, managing gear, planning logistics, and drafting situational and after-action reports. Travel, extended hours, and surge deployments may be required.

This role requires 5+ years CBRN experience, an Active Secret clearance, CDL B, and English fluency. You will work across multiple sites and contribute to mission success while adhering to DHS policies and

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 5 years CBRN planning and operations experience.
• Hands-on use of radiological detectors and screening equipment.
• Strong leadership, public speaking and writing skills.
• Fluency in English; ability to travel up to 50%+ yearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CBRN detection operations coordinating with stakeholders.
• Manage equipment, plan logistics, and develop operational plans.
• Train stakeholders on protocols and report through after-action reports.
• Maintain documentation systems and ensure compliance with policies.
• Be prepared to travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites as needed.
