Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Surge Support - CBRN Specialist to provide operations, administrative, and logistics coordination support for the MDDP. You will tailor deployment plans, coordinate with DHS toolsets, and help develop training and SOPs for CBRN detection missions.

Requirements include 5 years of operational experience, knowledge of CBRN deployments, and strong writing skills for government documents. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites and 24/7 shift support may be required.

Qualifications

• This is a nonsupervisory surge support role requiring 5 years minimum operational experience.
• Familiarity with MDDP and CBRN deployment planning, coordination, and reporting is essential.
• Candidates should have experience writing government documents and coordinating with DHS/DOD tools.
• Knowledge of NIMS/ICS certifications or coursework is preferred.
• Ability to travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites and support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Tailor deployment plans and strategies to operating environments.
• Interface with DHS toolsets (ArcGIS, HSIN) to support data/knowledge management.
• Manage tasking systems, requests, and deployment data for MDDP.
• Support policy procedures, SOPs, and training requirements for CBRN detection operations.
• Create training/exercise documentation and coordinate logistics across locations.
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation for national security missions.
