Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a seasoned CBRN operations professional to support federally partnered missions. You will coordinate detection operations, manage equipment, and develop plans across multiple sites including NJ, VA, IN, OR, and DC. Expect surge deployments, 24/7 shifts, and travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities include reporting, post-deployment communications, and training stakeholders on program policies and equipment. A Secret clearance and CDL-B are required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• 5+ years CBRN experience in operational planning
• Be able to travel 50%+ per year
• CDL B or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Strong reading/writing/speaking English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to conduct CBRN detection operations and manage equipment
• Prepare and submit situational and after-action reports; communicate with command
• Potentially serve as Acting PM for up to 30 days
• Maintain regional documentation file systems (electronic and paper)
• Keep training on TTPs and MDDP policies up to date
• Support fleet management; submit monthly vehicle reports
• Adhere to standards and codes of conduct per MDDP, CWMD, DHS
• Perform Level I TSS responsibilities with federal oversight
• Present program capabilities to diverse stakeholders
• Train others on policies, protocols, and equipment
