Job summary

LAUKOA seeks an experienced, non-supervisory professional for CWMD operations in the United States. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage equipment, plan logistics, develop protocols, and prepare reports for post-deployment communications.

The role requires 10+ years in operational planning, strong leadership and technical writing, and the ability to travel frequently. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites and 24/7 operational support may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational planning and coordination of CBRN detection/preventative activities.
• Proven ability to manage logistics and write SITREPs/AARs.
• Ability to travel over 50% per year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CBRN detection operations.
• Function as Project Manager when the PM is absent.
• Maintain regional documentation file systems and records.
• Maintain equipment, tactics, techniques, and procedures per policies.
• Document and file fleet vehicle information per policies.
• Uphold professional standards and conduct per DHS policies.
• Present information about the Mobile Detection Deployment Program to stakeholders.
• Assist with training on policies and equipment.
