Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a non-supervisory CBRN Operations Specialist to conduct advanced detection operations and support mission partners. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage equipment, and plan logistics while training staff on protocols.

Expect travel, surge deployments, and post-deployment reporting as part of the role. The position requires extensive field experience with CBRN equipment, strong English communication, and the ability to operate under federal oversight.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• 5+ years CBRN operations planning experience.
• CDL B or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Experience with CBRN detection equipment and field protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CBRN detection ops with stakeholders.
• Manage equipment, logistics, and plan deployments.
• Develop and train staff on protocols and gear use.
• Prepare situation and after-action reports for government stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% and support surge deployments as needed.
