River Valley Counseling Center, Inc. seeks a Clinical CBHI Supervisor to oversee clinical evaluations and treatment plans for children and families, while supervising staff and interns.

The role ensures regulatory compliance and coordinates with community services to maintain high-quality care. The position entails direct client care, leadership in clinical and operational functions, and ongoing professional development within a multidisciplinary team to support RVCC’s mission and service

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3 years of experience as a licensed therapist with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills, plus organizational and ethical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical evaluations and treatment of children and families.
• Document activities according to RVCC and CBHI standards.
• Summarize findings and treatment plan for multidisciplinary review.
