CBD Area Sales Manager



SERVD Distribution



Illinois & Wisconsin (Various Counties)

We are a start-up CBD distribution company based out of Chicago, IL and focused on sales throughout the Midwest. Our strategy is to build our footprint in Illinois and Wisconsin to start and expand based on success. Our goal is to build the highest performing distributor in the CBD industry with the highest quality CBD products in the Country.



We are looking for sales people with the drive to build sales and earnings based on your desire to win. This position will begin as 100% commission based, but will have the potential for full-time status based on our success and growth. Lucrative commission structure that incentivizes new business and continues to pay dividends as you grow these accounts. After six months of employment, SERVD Distribution will be looking at profit-based bonus goals for each individual.



While this position will require the need to develop strong relationships with your customers, we are fully aware that you will need to be a road warrior to succeed. Our online ordering process will allow your customers to place orders as needed and give you time to grow your business throughout your territory. While you will not have to be present to secure each order from your customer, it will be up to you to develop the relationships with them to maintain their business and ensure growth.



We will be hiring multiple sales professionals throughout the states of Illinois and Wisconsin. These roles will be filled based on state counties, so we are accepting applications from all candidates no matter what county you may live. As we move forward with the process, the territory will be covered based on each individual’s county requests and their dedication to grow these counties fully. We will discuss this further as we move on with the interview process.




  • This is a 100% commission based independent contractor (1099) position that allows you to make your own schedule.

  • Position requires a person that is a self-starter, very detail oriented, organized, exceptional follow-up skills, and passionate about the consumer packaged goods and CBD industry.

  • Needs to be comfortable interacting with store buyers, current customers and prospecting for new business.

  • 2+ years of consumer packaged goods industry experience is preferred.

  • Considerations will be made for those who may be able to work part-time with pre-established call points.
