Job summary

Kensington Management Group is seeking an Human Resources Manager to partner with senior leadership and deliver core HR support across the organization. This role focuses on onboarding, developing talent, enhancing engagement, and ensuring effective HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and policy administration.

The Human Resources Manager will assist senior leadership with ad-hoc projects, day-to-day HR activities, and contribute to key organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in a management-level HR generalist role with senior leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Acclimate to company structure and growth areas to support HR needs.
• Drive organizational development, culture, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure HR compliance and policy administration across the org.
• Partner on talent acquisition, onboarding, and development efforts.
• Coordinate work permits and third-party HR tasks.
• Support compensation, benefits, and data management in BambooHR.
