You will contribute to internal white papers and company blog posts, helping advance measurement science while guiding data-informed strategies across the organization.

Qualifications

• PhD in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field, or a Masters with 2+ years.
• Deep knowledge of causal inference methodologies and experimentation.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and agentic coding.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at varying technical levels.
• Proven track record of solving business problems through data science methods.

Responsibilities

• Apply and develop causal inference methods to estimate marketing effectiveness.
• Pull data, analyze trends, and create features for measurement.
