Job summary

The Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking an Instructional Assistant for a part-time role in a Catholic school. You will assist the classroom teacher with planning, materials, and student guidance in a Christ-centered setting.

You will uphold Gospel values, follow school policies, and maintain confidentiality while supporting learning activities that align with the classroom plan. A high school diploma or GED is required, with experience in youth-focused environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of school procedures and policies. Ability to adapt to different situations and schedules.
• Ability to relate and communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Ability to plan and/or implement instructional activities.

Responsibilities
