Job summary

The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide timely HR support, on onboarding, benefits, and HRIS administration, while safeguarding confidentiality and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience or equivalent
• Experience handling employee relations, onboarding, and HR policy administration
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and exits.
• Serve as an HR resource for employees and supervisors; support performance management and workplace concerns.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, timekeeping, and HRIS audits; maintain confidential employee records.
