St. Tammany Health System in Covington, LA seeks an experienced Cardiovascular Lab Technologist to provide direct care for adult and geriatric patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures as a scrub assistant or monitor tech within Cardiovascular Services.

The role includes a 40-hour workweek, four 10-hour shifts, and on-call rotations with 30-minute response time to support 24-hour cath lab coverage.

Qualifications

• Six months cath lab experience or 1 year invasive radiology experience or 2 years radiology tech experience.
• Louisiana State Radiology Licensure or CCI-RCIS.
• Current BLS certification through ILCOR (e.g., AHA, Red Cross).
• ILCOR course must include a manikin check off.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Able to take on-call and report within 30 minutes.
• Basic understanding of budgetary controls.
