Job summary

Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Cath Lab Tech for Kennestone in Marietta, GA. The role involves performing cardiovascular cath/EP procedures, scrubbing or circulating as needed, and collaborating with interventional teams.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
One year cath lab/EP experience may substitute for formal education.
RCIS/ARRT-CV certifications preferred or related credentials.

Responsibilities

Complete cardiovascular cath and EP competencies; may function in monitoring, scrubbing, or circulating roles.
Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cardiologists.
Prep and educate the patient for procedures; ensure sterile technique is observed.
Maintain accurate cath lab records and assist with post-procedure care and documentation.
Provide patient privacy, comfort, and clear communication using AIDET scripting.
