Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital is seeking a Full-time Cath Lab Tech to join the team in Marietta, GA. The role offers 4 x 10-hour shifts from 6:15 am to 5:45 pm, with on-call duties including one night per week and one weekend per month.

The incumbent will perform in cath lab procedures, collaborate with cardiology teams, and ensure patient safety and comfort. Required: Associate's Degree in Health Science or related field; CV lab experience (1 year) preferred; BLS/ACLS certifications; ARRT-CV or

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Health Science or Related Field required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• One year of cardiovascular cath/EP lab experience may be substituted in lieu of formal education or CVT program with RCIS and/or ARRT-CV preferred.
• All certifications required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Responsibilities

• Completion of cardiovascular cath and/or EP competencies.
• May function in monitoring, scrubbing, or circulating roles.
• Work with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cardiologists.
• Preps and educates the patient for procedure.
• Maintains patient privacy and comfort; supports documentation and records.

Associate's Degree in Health Science or Related Field
