Wellstar is seeking a Cath Lab Technician for the Kennestone facility. The role is a day-shift, full-time position in the cath lab with a 4 x 10 hour schedule (6:15a-5:45p). Call is required: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month.
You will perform cardiovascular cath/EP procedures, work with interventional cardiologists, and educate patients on the procedure. Qualifications include an Associate's degree in health sciences or related field (Bachelor's preferred), and experience in cath/EP labs

Associate's Degree in Health Science or Related Field Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. One year of cardiovascular cath/EP lab experience may be substituted in lieu of formal education or of CVT program with RCIS and/or ARRT-CV
Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 year functioning independently in cardiovascular cath/electrophysiology lab may be substituted in lieu of formal education. 2 Years of Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
