Job summary

TALENT Software Services in Newton, NJ is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to support the Cath Lab, with emphasis on invasive procedures and patient care. The role requires RCIS preferred, BLS/ACLS/IABP experience, and prior cardiac cath lab exposure. Expect 4-day 9.5-hour shifts (7:00–17:00) with 1–2 weekend STEMI on-call shifts. Immediate start.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist required.
• RCIS certification preferred.
• BLS, ACLS and IABP experience required.
• Cardiac Cath lab experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI), and other procedures.
• Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data.
• Provide procedural assistance to the physician during all phases of the procedure.
• Assess and manage access sites, and inform the physician as needed.
• Adhere to on-call protocol for Cath lab.
• Prepare patients for procedures.

• Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI), and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, and interventional radiology procedures.
• Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data.
• Provide procedural assistance to the physician during all phases of the procedure.
• Assess and manage access sites, and inform the physician as needed.
• Adhere to on-call protocol for Cath lab.
• Prepare patients for procedures.

Skills:

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist.
• RCIS certification preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and IABP experience required.
• Cardiac Cath lab experience required.

Schedule Notes:

• 4 day / 9.5-hour shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM.
• 1-2 weekend STEMI on-call shifts.
