Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses seeking a Cath Lab Technologist in New Jersey. Shift 06:30 AM–05:00 PM, four days weekly with on-call duties. Operate C-Arm devices, assist in PCI and related cardiac procedures, and manage Impella/balloon pumps.

Requirements include NJ ARRT preference, fluoroscopy certification, and strong radiology equipment knowledge. On-site with a supportive clinical team and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Cath Lab experience is mandatory.
• Fluoroscopy certification is required.
• ARRT credentials with priority given to NJ ARRT license.
• Knowledge of radiology equipment and procedural protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate C-Arm machines and perform routine lead maintenance.
• Assist in catheterization procedures and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs).
• Perform device insertions including Impella and balloon pumps.
• Scrub for interventional radiology procedures such as nephrostomy tube insertions and peripheral venous access.
• Maintain compliance with relevant certification and safety standards.
• Respond promptly within 30 minutes for on-call duties.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist with extensive experience to join our team. This role requires proficiency in operating C-Arm machines and performing essential lead maintenance. The Cath Lab Technologist will assist in various cardiac procedures, including PCI, and manage devices such as Impellas and balloon pumps. Responsibilities will also include scrubbing for interventional radiology procedures, including nephrostomy tube, PICC, permacath, pacemaker insertions, and cerebral thrombectomy.

Responsibilities

• Operate C-Arm machines and perform routine lead maintenance
• Assist in catheterization procedures and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs)

• Scrub for interventional radiology procedures such as nephrostomy tube insertions and peripheral venous access

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
