JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years Clinical experience required as a Cardiac Cath Charge or lead RN and /or 10 years or more experience in a cardiac catheterization lab as a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist. Minimum Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to determine appropriate course of action in more complex situations. Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude. Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information. Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner. Required Certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) RT Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association Certified Radiation Therapist (CRT) Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Experience: Prior management/leadership experience.

Pay Transparency The annual salary range for this position is $55.12 - $90.95. POSITION SUMMARY The Supervisor- Nursing Unit Cath Lab, Cardio-Dx & PRN team is responsible for the day-to-day operations, direct supervision of the RN, RT & other professional staff, and assists the Director, and/or Manager and staff with the operational management of the nursing unit. The Supervisor coordinates care of the patients during hospitalization to obtain the best utilization of resources so that patient outcomes are optimized. The Supervisor serves as a professional clinical role model for patient care and assists other professionals in their development. The Supervisor demonstrates investment in the overall forward movement of the unit and organization and applies good verbal and non-verbal skills to achieve service goals of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment.
