Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 2–3 years clinical as a Cardiac Cath Charge or lead RN and/or 10+ years in a cath lab as a Technologist.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to determine actions in complex situations and work independently.
• Excellent multi-tasking and confidentiality management.
• Effective written and oral communication; professional demeanor with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit Cath Lab, CardioDx & PRN team.
• Direct supervision of RN, RT and other staff; assist Director/Manager with operations.
• Coordinate patient care to optimize outcomes and resource use.
• Serve as clinical role model and support staff development.
• Promote a safe, blame-free environment and positive interdepartmental relationships.
