JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience:

• 2-3 years Clinical experience required as a Cardiac Cath Charge or lead RN and /or 10 years or more experience in a cardiac catheterization lab as a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist.

• Certified Radiation Therapist (CRT)

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's Degree

The annual salary range for this position is $55.12 - $90.95. POSITION SUMMARY

The Supervisor- Nursing Unit Cath Lab, Cardio-Dx & PRN team is responsible for the day-to-day operations, direct supervision of the RN, RT & other professional staff, and assists the Director, and/or Manager and staff with the operational management of the nursing unit. The Supervisor coordinates care of the patients during hospitalization to obtain the best utilization of resources so that patient outcomes are optimized. The Supervisor serves as a professional clinical role model for patient care and assists other professionals in their development. The Supervisor demonstrates investment in the overall forward movement of the unit and organization and applies good verbal and non-verbal skills to achieve service goals of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment.
