Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Supervisor for the Catheterization and Vascular Lab RN. This full-time day shift role oversees daily Cath Lab operations, supervises staff, and supports budgeting and procurement.

Requires BSN and active RN license; ACLS; RCIS preferred; 3+ years cath/vascular leadership experience. The role includes on-call duties and a 5-day, 8-hour schedule with start times around 8am.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license and BSN; ACLS required.
• RCIS preferred; leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience in cath/vascular/procedural areas; IR/Cath/Angio background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Cath Lab and supervise RNs and staff.
• Coordinate quality and customer service activities; assist in budget monitoring.
• Manage purchasing and payroll processes; provide technical/clinical guidance.
• Mentor staff and act as retention lead for assigned areas.
