The position requires an active PA RN license, and BSN is highly preferred. You will participate in discharge planning, care coordination, and safety initiatives while working in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state of practice (PA).
• BSN or higher preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Strong communication and cultural competence with diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, families, and staff aligning with Jefferson Health values.
• Partner with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
• Use information technology to document and monitor care outcomes.
