Job summary

Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab. This full-time role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in Illinois, and BLS certification.

Experience in ICU/ED/Cath Lab settings is preferred to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. You'll rotate four 10-hour shifts per week with on-call coverage including weekends and holidays, and may assist at ASC locations in Naperville.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license issued by the state where practicing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• ICU/ED/Cath Lab RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards and policies.
• Lead with evidence-based practice and effective communication to ensure patient safety.
