Job summary

Advocate Health’s Downers Grove facility seeks a skilled RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab. Duties include coordinating patient care and delivering safe, therapeutic nursing through evidence-based practice within established standards.

On-call coverage with 30-minute response time, 7 days/month, including weekends and holidays; four 10-hour shifts weekly. Requires accredit nursing program completion and state RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
