Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop a plan of care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Implement the plan of care and coordinate with the health care team per physician orders.
• Document assessment data, care plans, interventions and patient responses in the medical record.
• Provide patient and family education and support as needed.
