Job summary

Banner Health in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity cath lab team performing interventional heart procedures. You should have 2+ years of Cath Lab or critical care experience, BLS and ACLS, and live within 30 minutes of Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.

The RN will scrub, circulate, monitor, and document cases under physician supervision, handling procedural sedation and safety to support angioplasty, stent placements, rotablation and structural heart work.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Live within 30 minutes of the facility due to call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, circulate, monitor and document cath lab cases.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and the nursing plan of care.
• Assist with procedural sedation and patient safety during procedures.
• Communicate status to caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
