Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Arizona license
• BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required or preferred for role in stroke care

Responsibilities

• Collect health data systemically and prioritize by patient condition
• Develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and start/maintain IV lines
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team
• Document observations and nursing interventions
