Job summary

Banner Heart Hospital in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab to join a dynamic team of RNs, physicians, and technologists. The role involves supporting a variety of cardiac procedures, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and delivering high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art facility.

The position is full-time with daytime hours (3 12-hour shifts, Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM–7:30 PM) and requires coverage for night, holiday, and weekend call.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Banner Registry and Travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and plans patient care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Performs nursing procedures in accordance with physician orders and unit policies.
• Documents assessments, care plans, and patient responses in the medical record.
• Coordinates with physicians, nurses, and technologists to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Mentors and supervises less-experienced staff as needed.
