Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab in Tempe, AZ. Primary location: Tempe Medical Center - 1500 S Mill Ave, Tempe, AZ 85281. Shift is Day, Mon-Thu, 7am-5:30pm; NO CALL REQUIRED. $20k sign-on; 1+ year Cath Lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Complete BSN within 60 months or have 5+ years RN experience.
• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing (ADN) required for staff with stroke patients.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data, analyze diagnoses, and develop family-centered care plans.
• Implement interventions and administer treatments and medications.
• Evaluate patient progress and document care and outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and families on post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to assess and plan care.
