Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Center is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join the Cath Lab Unit on a full-time daytime schedule. The role involves direct patient care for adults in the procedural/interventional environment, coordinating with physicians and the cardiovascular team, and ensuring equipment readiness.

Ideal candidates hold an NV nursing license, BLS and ACLS, with 1+ year acute care experience and cath lab exposure. Benefits include a $10,000 sign-on and comprehensive plans.

Qualifications

• Current NV nursing license.
• Current BLS certificate.
• ACLS certificate.
• Minimum of one year experience in acute care setting.
• Telemetry experience preferred (2 years).
• Cath Lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admit, recover and discharge patients from the Cardiovascular Lab.
• Provide direct patient care and evaluate outcomes, consult with health team members as required.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate care across the life span and interpret data to identify patient needs.
