Boone Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab. The role includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards, with a focus on patient education and safety.

Qualifications

• RN with nursing diploma or associate degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Licensed as RN in the relevant state.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families on illness management, post‑treatment home care, and medication administration.
• Uses critical thinking to assess patient needs (physical, psychosocial, emotional).
• Develops and implements care plans with the healthcare team per established guidelines.
• Promotes patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Evaluates patient responses and adjusts plans throughout the stay.
• Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities.
• Pursues professional development and lifelong learning.
