Job summary

Advocate Trinity Hospital in Chicago, IL seeks a Part-time RN for the Cath Lab to support pre/post recovery areas and assist with procedures. The role requires ACLS, BLS, and an active RN license with at least 2 years in critical care or cath lab settings.

You will perform intraprocedural documentation, vascular access, and assist with biopsies and catheter insertions, responding quickly to emergencies and coordinating with care teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS certification with ACLS preferred or required as listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in pre/post recovery areas of the cath lab.
• Assist with biopsies, vascular access, catheter insertions and sedation.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with support services as needed.
