Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist II to join our cardiovascular imaging team in Baytown, TX. You will perform interventional radiologic procedures, scrub into cases, and assist physicians with complex techniques while maintaining radiation safety.

The role requires at least 3 years Cath Lab experience, ARRT-R and CMRT licensure, BLS/ACLS, and on-call availability; mentoring junior staff and ensuring high patient care standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of credentialing body approved program for the required credential(s).
• At least 3 years experience as a Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT-R Radiologic Technologist credential required.
• CMRT license & MRT-GC registration required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with interventional and therapeutic radiologic procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Scrub into cases and help with movement of equipment and radiation control.
• Mentor Cath Lab Rad Tech I's, RN's and students; train and educate others.
