Job summary

Carle Health is seeking personnel to assist cardiologists in invasive coronary, vascular and EP procedures in the Cath Lab. You will set up equipment, monitor hemodynamics and patient safety, and provide education.

The role requires LIC/Radiologic Tech certification, BLS, ACLS within 1 year, and ARRT radiography registration, with strong teamwork and aseptic technique throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider - AHA.
• Required Radiologic Technologist licensure and ACLS within 1 year.
• ARRT radiography registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular/EP procedures.
• Set up and operate imaging and electrical equipment.
• Monitor hemodynamics and patient safety during procedures.
• Interpret EKGs and arrhythmia findings during interventions.
• Maintain sterile technique and prepare instruments.
