Job summary

Carle Health seeks a Radiologic Technologist for the Cath Lab to assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular/EP procedures and to operate imaging equipment with precision. You will monitor hemodynamics, manage sedation, and ensure strict aseptic technique while delivering patient-centered care.

The role requires ARRT-basis licensure, BLS, ACLS within 1 year, and completion of Radiologic Technology education.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist with ARRT certification.
• BLS and ACLS required; ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• Certificate of Completion in Radiologic Technology (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular/EP procedures.
• Operate electrical/imaging equipment and computers for procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and aseptic field throughout.
• Monitor patient status, interpret EKGs, and manage sedation per policy.
• Ensure patient safety, educate patients, and coordinate with team.
