Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular and EP diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The role includes setting up imaging systems, monitoring hemodynamics, and ensuring patient safety throughout complex interventions.

The ideal candidate holds a Radiologic Technology certificate, BLS, and ACLS within 1 year; ARRT radiography license is required. Relocation and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required.
• ACLS within 1 year is preferred.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (ARRT) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular/EP diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Set up and operate imaging equipment and computers.
• Monitor hemodynamics and interpret data during procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and ensure patient safety during all procedures.
• Communicate with patients and team to educate and alleviate anxiety during procedures.
