Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a qualified Cath Lab technician to support invasive coronary and EP procedures, with emphasis on hemodynamic monitoring and imaging equipment setup.

The role requires BLS/ACLS and ARRT Radiography licensure, with relocation options and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. You will collaborate with Cardiologists and Research staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ARRT Radiography, IEMA Radiologic Technologist license.
• Knowledge of radiologic technology and cath lab equipment.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular/EP procedures using specialized equipment.
• Set up and operate imaging and electrical equipment safely.
• Maintain aseptic technique and patient safety throughout procedures.
• Monitor patient physiology and respond to changes during procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team and educate patients as needed.
• Assist with data collection and preparation for lab-based research.
