Qualifications

• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff across levels.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines using clinical judgement.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates duties and coordinates the healthcare team.
