Job summary

Providence Holy Cross Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Cath Lab to lead nursing care and administrative operations for multiple units in Mission Hills, CA. The role supports Magnet®-level nursing excellence and 24/7 coverage for 80+ FTEs.

The candidate will have a Nursing Bachelor’s, California RN license, BLS, and NNR certification within required timelines, with at least 3 years of relevant clinical experience. Day shifts, full-time, 8-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• California RN License required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• NNR certification within 6 months if employed in L&D, NICU, Nursery or Postpartum.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card required within 30 days of hire.
• 3 years of recent clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of high-quality nursing care on multiple nursing units.
• Manages administrative duties and staffing for 80+ FTEs on a 24-hour basis.
• Ensures compliance with Magnet® status standards and nursing excellence.
