Description

Nurse Manager- Cath Lab at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts.

Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or FTE's over 80 on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NNR) (Facility Managed) - if employed in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum (Postpartum - within 90 days from date of hire; Other areas - within 180 days of completion of clinical orientation)

• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire

• 3 years of recent clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of RN Leadership experience (Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager)

• 3 years of RN work experience specific to Cath Lab/ IR

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

$74.54 - $117.65
