Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the Nurse Manager in clinical and administrative oversight of a designated unit. You will supervise staff, coordinate patient care operations, and help drive quality, safety, and efficiency in daily workflow.

You will mentor staff, participate in ongoing performance evaluations, and ensure alignment with hospital policies and C-I-CARE standards. A Nursing degree and leadership experience are required for this role.

Formación

• A degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university is required.
• 2+ years of progressively responsible nursing leadership experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and patient safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in clinical management of a designated unit and coordinate administrative functions.
• Supervise patient care staff during assigned shifts and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to staff; support performance evaluations.
• Act as liaison to the Nurse Manager and promote the C-I-CARE standards of patient-centered care.
