Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; six months to one year related training may be accepted.
• BLS required on hire; ACLS required within 12 months of hire.
• Ability to read and interpret clinical information and procedure manuals; effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with catheter insertions, angiography, and interventional procedures.
• Maintain patient records, including labeling charts for iodine allergies and recording data.
• Inspect and stock supplies; clean equipment and maintain cath lab tools according to safety standards.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and monitor hemodynamic data during procedures.
• Schedule procedures and review patient history to support the clinical team.
• Ensure proper operation of lab networks and PACS; assist in case documentation.
