Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 6 months to 1 year related experience; or combination of education and experience.
• BLS required upon hire.
• ACLS required within 12 months of hire.
• Language skills: read, analyze, and interpret professional journals; write reports.
• Math skills: calculate figures and apply algebra/geometry.
• Reasoning ability: solve practical problems with varied variables.

Responsibilities

• Locate historical information on patients and update files after procedures.
• Perform equipment cleaning and maintain transducers, injectors, and compressors.
• Inspect catheters and guide wires for expiration dates; stock supplies as needed.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and procedures.
• Schedule procedures and review patient history for the lab.
