Mayo Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking an Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist to support diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures. The role includes scrubbing, hemodynamic monitoring, and patient preparation and recovery.

Candidates should be a graduate in health science and obtain ARRT or RCIS credentials within two years; BLS and ACLS within three months; prior cath lab experience preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a health science program (cardiovascular technology, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, or nursing).
• Prefer at least one year of experience in a cardiac cath lab if not a graduate of a Cardiovascular Technology Program.
• Training and demonstrated competence in cardiac rhythm/arrhythmia recognition.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated patient care in the cardiac cath lab, including scrubbing and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Perform pre- and post-procedure care and respond to emergencies; ensure age-appropriate care for adults and geriatrics.
