Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab/EP assignment in Des Moines, IA. You will work 4x10 hour days in a hospital setting, with 40 hours per week and on-site responsibilities across Des Moines campuses.

Active IA or compact RN license, BLS, ARRT, RCIS preferred, and at least 24 months Cath Lab/Cardiac Cath Lab experience. Travel experience in last 18 months, scrubbing, circulating, monitoring, and trauma experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active IA or compact RN license required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Active ARRT certification required
• RCIS certification preferred
• Minimum 24 months Cath Lab/Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Travel experience within past 18 months required
• Scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required; Level I preferred
• EP, Interventional Radiology, and peripheral vascular experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring duties in Cath Lab/EP setting
• Float across Des Moines campuses as needed
• Willingness to take on-call.
• Holiday coverage: 1 night/ week and every 3rd weekend when required
• Adhere to credentialing and facility policies; maintain Epic EMR documentation
