Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Electrophysiology Lab in Cedar Rapids, IA. This 13-week assignment offers 36 hours per week and day shifts, with travel compensation and a tax-free stipend to be determined.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of EP Lab experience and hold ACLS and BLS. You will assist physicians, maintain equipment, and support ablations and pacemaker/defibrillator procedures in a fast-paced EP lab.

Qualifications

• EP Lab experience is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Registered Nurse with EP Lab exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with EP procedures that diagnose and treat heart rhythm problems.
• Maintain and monitor EP lab equipment and supplies.
• Support ablations, pacemaker/defibrillator implants, cardioversions, and EP studies.
• Provide patient care and documentation in a fast-paced EP lab.
